TIMEVYN – TRANSPARENCY AND SECURITY

Smart Contract DetailsLast Updated: March 24, 2026

At TimeVyn, transparency, verifiability, and user sovereignty form the foundation of the protocol. This page outlines how the system operates, how value flows on-chain, and how privacy and security are preserved through design — not promises.

TimeVyn is built on strict data minimization. The protocol requires only a wallet address and a username to operate. No personal identifiers are collected by default. An email address is optional and is requested only if the user explicitly chooses to enable account recovery features.

TimeVyn is developed around a simple principle:

Trustless infrastructure·Transparent economy·Privacy-first social design·User sovereignty

1. Smart Contract Addresses (On-Chain Contracts)

The TimeVyn protocol operates on the Sui Mainnet. Below are the core object IDs. You can verify the state of the protocol by searching these IDs on Sui Explorer.

Key Protocol Events

Note: Event names are the definitive source of truth for indexers.

  • MintSealed — Emitted when a user seals a post (protocol event: memory seal; Ghost or Universal).
  • GiftMemorySealed — Emitted when a post is sealed as a gift for another wallet (beneficiary differs from payer).
  • TimeMateFormed — Emitted when a nostalgia match occurs.
  • TimevyWithTip — Emitted when a user sends a TVYN tip.
  • OwnershipOffered — Emitted when a post's stewardship is listed in the Bazaar.
  • OwnershipTransferred — Emitted when a post's stewardship changes hands via the Marketplace.
  • MarketplaceSuiFeesRouted — Emitted on SUI marketplace sales with the on-chain split of the 7% protocol fee (dev / POL / buyback).
  • Cancelled — Emitted when a user removes a listing from the Bazaar.
  • AnniversaryRewardClaimed — Emitted when a 1-year deferred reward is claimed.
  • Today365 — Emitted only when three conditions are met: You are Daily Reward Eligible, performing a Today Mint, and have selected the Universal (Collectible) tier.
  • BuybackStarted — Emitted when the contract releases SUI from the buyback reserve under floor price, cooldown, and cap rules.
  • BuybackBurned — Emitted when bought-back TVYN is burned and any configured keeper reward is paid.
  • OfficialPoolRegistered — Emitted when the official TVYN/SUI pool is registered by the protocol administrator.

All core protocol components operate as on-chain objects and emit verifiable events. No off-chain authority is required to validate protocol behavior.

2. Economic Transparency

2.1 Fee Split – Distribution of Mint Fees

The SUI transaction fee paid by users is split instantly and on-chain by the smart contract:

  • 65%Development Fund: Transferred to the developer wallet for ongoing protocol development, infrastructure, company operations, and sustainability.
  • 25%Protocol-Owned Liquidity (POL): Automatically deposited into the Protocol Treasury for liquidity growth and locked LP positions.
  • 10%Buyback Reserve: Automatically deposited into a separate on-chain reserve used only for rule-based TVYN buyback and burn.

2.2 Permanent Liquidity Lock (POL)

Resulting LP NFTs from liquidity operations are deposited back into the Protocol Treasury. They are permanently owned by the protocol and cannot be withdrawn for personal use.

The Treasury is continuously funded: on every post seal (memory seal event), a fixed 25% portion of the mint fee is routed to POL and a separate 10% portion is routed to the buyback reserve, regardless of whether a TVYN reward is issued. This supports liquidity growth and controlled burn pressure independent of daily limits.

Technical Verifiability (On-Chain Proof)

  • 1.LP NFTs are routed to: 0x4a7bc2c48279980fbeb9b3b9a413bedb2fc3cbd2c7d13290292956bbcbef1386.
  • 2.The Treasury Object is a "sink" with no 'withdraw' logic for LP assets.
  • 3.Once transferred, the NFT ID is cryptographically locked within the protocol state forever.

2.3 Secondary Transfers & Creator Attribution

When post stewardship (Memory Stewardship) is transferred in the Bazaar, value is distributed automatically. Creator attribution is always paid in the listing currency (TVYN or SUI).

  • TVYN listings: the seller receives the sale price minus a 2.5% marketplace protocol fee and the 5% creator attribution.
  • SUI listings: the seller receives the sale price minus a 7% marketplace protocol fee (split on-chain) and the 5% creator attribution.
  • TVYN marketplace fee (2.5%): routed to the protocol treasury.
  • Creator Attribution: A fixed 5% share is routed to the original creator on every transfer. Listings must use a positive price and either no expiry or a future expiry timestamp.

2.4 Bazaar Marketplace Protocol Fees

Marketplace protocol fees apply in addition to creator attribution and depend on the listing currency chosen by the seller:

  • TVYN listings: 2.5% marketplace protocol fee → protocol treasury (supports the TVYN ecosystem).
  • SUI listings — 4% development fund.
  • SUI listings — 1% protocol-owned liquidity (POL).
  • SUI listings — 2% TVYN buyback reserve.

Total SUI marketplace protocol fee: 7%. Emitted on-chain via MarketplaceSuiFeesRouted alongside OwnershipTransferred.

2.3 Today365 (Anniversary Ticket) Conditions

The Today365 mechanism is governed by strict, deterministic on-chain rules. These conditions are enforced at the protocol level and cannot be altered by off-chain interfaces or discretionary actions.

ConditionProtocol Enforcement
Eligibility WindowMust be the first "Today" mint within a rolling 24-hour reward cycle.
Temporal BoundaryThe sealed date must be later than 2025-12-31.
Manifestation ModeFor the deferred Today365 reward only: Universal (collectible) mode must be selected at the time of sealing. Making a Ghost Asset publicly visible on-chain later does not satisfy this condition and does not grant the deferred reward.
Reward MaturityThe deferred 0.02 TVYN reward becomes claimable exactly 1 year (365 days) after the on-chain seal of the mint by the current Today365 holder.

Note: All conditions above are enforced directly by smart contracts. No manual intervention, moderation, or off-chain override is possible.

3. Security Architecture

3.1 Transfer PoliciesCreator Royalty Insurance

TimeVyn leverages Sui's native TransferPolicy mechanism to enforce creator attribution on all compliant secondary transfers of Universal (NFT) assets.

  • Today365 PolicyVITE_SUI_TODAY365_POLICY_ID
  • Nostalgia PolicyVITE_SUI_NOSTALGIA_POLICY_ID
  • Rule: A minimum 5% (500 BPS) royalty fee is enforced on all compliant transfers.

3.2 Smart Contract Safety

  • Mint Authority

The MintVault is isolated. Tokens can only be minted via predefined protocol logic (Router, Anniversary, Treasury) and never through arbitrary admin actions. The router verifies the canonical Config, Guard, DailyMints, MemoryLedger, Treasury, TimateParams, and MintVault object IDs before minting.

  • Non-Custodial Principle

TimeVyn does not take custody of user assets beyond temporary, rule-based on-chain locks required for user-initiated actions (e.g. Bazaar listings). Assets remain under full user wallet control.

4. User Privacy & Assets

Ghost Asset

On-chain post asset whose visual metadata is not shown on public wallets or explorers. It can be listed in the Posts Bazaar. Keepers may optionally make it publicly visible on-chain later by burning TVYN (minimum 0.01); this is irreversible and does not grant Today365 deferred rewards.

Universal Asset

On-chain post asset with public NFT representation. It can be listed in the Posts Bazaar and is visible in wallets and explorers.

⚠️5. Risk Awareness

Users should be aware of the following risks when interacting with the TimeVyn protocol:

  • Blockchain Risks: Network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, validator or RPC provider instability may impact transaction execution or confirmation times.
  • Economic Risks: TVYN is a utility token whose value is determined by open market dynamics. Protocol liquidity mechanisms are designed to support ecosystem functionality — not to guarantee price stability or prevent volatility.

6. TVYN price information (third‑party tools)

TVYN is not listed on any centralized exchange. If you would like to see community-driven, on-chain price and liquidity data, you may use the following independent analytics tools. The data shown there may be inaccurate, illiquid, or manipulated and is entirely outside of TimeVyn's control. Nothing on those pages or this section constitutes investment advice.
