TimeVyn is a protocol-driven platform that combines decentralized on-chain settlement with operated application and social layers. These Terms govern the use of the TimeVyn interface, messaging features, moderation tools, and protocol-aligned interactions. On-chain actions are executed via smart contracts, while off-chain features (such as messaging, content visibility, and moderation) are operated by TimeVyn to ensure safety, compliance, and user experience.
A hybrid protocol that anchors lived human experiences on-chain as verifiable digital artifacts, while relying on operated application layers for interaction and safety. TimeVyn does not sell time; but proves lived time.
Legacy terminology: some smart contract objects and event names (e.g., MemoryLedger, memory seal) retain the word "memory" for technical compatibility. In these Terms, "post" and "on-chain post asset" describe the same concepts in user-facing language.
TimeVyn provides a non-custodial interface for interacting with on-chain post assets and related social features. Eligible posts sealed through TimeVyn may be listed, transferred, sold within platform flows, and receive community support in TVYN.
Protocol Scope: Only posts minted through TimeVyn's official smart contracts are recognized by the protocol. Externally minted, wrapped, or imported assets are not supported.
TimeVyn-native post assets may be transferable to external marketplaces depending on protocol design, token standards, and third-party platform support. TimeVyn does not guarantee availability, visibility, or support for listings outside the TimeVyn ecosystem.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TimeVyn.
TimeVyn can be used through a wallet-first flow or through embedded login options. Even when email or social sign-in is used, your on-chain identity and transaction activity remain associated with a wallet address.
If you choose embedded login, TimeVyn and its service providers may process your email address, social-login identifier, linked wallet addresses, and authentication metadata to create, secure, and recover your account session.
Embedded login data is processed off-chain and may be handled in part by third-party authentication and wallet infrastructure providers. It is not published as part of on-chain records unless you later connect or use the resulting wallet on-chain.
The Creator of a post is the permanent origin of value for that post. Creator status is recorded on-chain, does not change when stewardship is transferred, and cannot be revoked or overridden. This remains true even if a post later acquires platform value or receives TVYN support.
Stewardship is a protocol-defined status. It does not confer legal ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights. It grants only protocol-defined interaction rights (e.g., holding, displaying, transferring under TimeVyn rules).
While Stewardship does not grant legal ownership or copyright by itself, the act of minting a post creates an immutable, timestamped on-chain record linking the content to a specific wallet at a specific time.
Such records may be used by Creators as supporting evidence of authorship, originality, or prior existence in disputes involving intellectual property or unauthorized use. TimeVyn does not adjudicate such claims but provides verifiable technical records that may assist Creators in protecting their work.
TimeVyn TimeVyn does not grant legal rights, but strengthens the ability to assert them.
A fixed 5% Creator Attribution is automatically enforced on every compliant stewardship transfer. This attribution is irrevocable, applies regardless of how many times a post changes hands, and is paid in the same currency used for the transfer. For eligible post assets that generate value through transfers, this structure preserves creator participation.
You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload. TimeVyn is a ledger for posts and original works first introduced by users through the protocol, and is not intended for copyrighted material owned by others.
While TimeVyn does not grant legal rights by itself, it strengthens a Creator's ability to assert authorship and originality through verifiable, timestamped on-chain records.

Users agree NOT to upload or engage in:
Violations may result in restrictions, suspension, or blacklisting.
TimeVyn may restrict or hide content from the interface if it violates these Terms or community rules.
TimeVyn may provide user-to-user communication features, including real-time and animated messaging. You are solely responsible for messages you send and agree not to use messaging for harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, manipulation, or illegal activity.
When you gift a memory by email, you enter the recipient's address, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for it being appropriate to send that person such a message. Any message you add is delivered inside an email sent on TimeVyn's behalf. For that reason links in the message are removed, and use for harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging or misleading content is prohibited. Abuse of this feature may lead to suspension of your account.
TimeVyn does not pre-screen messages. We may restrict, hide, or limit access to messaging features based on reports, policy signals, or violations of these Terms.
Messages are generally off-chain. Delivery, storage, and long-term persistence are not guaranteed. Messages may become inaccessible due to technical limitations, moderation, or service changes.
Rewards are subject to protocol-defined eligibility rules and are limited to one rewarded mint per wallet within a rolling 24-hour period.
The reward timer begins at the moment a rewarded mint is successfully claimed. For example, if a rewarded mint is claimed at 14:00, the next reward eligibility will not unlock before 14:00 on the following day.
Reward availability is not tied to a fixed daily reset time and applies individually per wallet.
Universal (NFT) mints at sealing may generate additional protocol-defined assets (e.g., Today365). Ghost Assets may remain private in wallets and explorers; keepers may optionally make them publicly visible on-chain later by burning TVYN (minimum 0.01), without earning additional TVYN rewards or Today365 deferred rights.
TimeMate bonuses may be exempt from standard reward limits, as defined by the protocol.
Reward parameters may change over time. TimeVyn does not guarantee reward availability.
TimeVyn may provide an in-app, non-custodial swap interface that displays third-party routes and quotes for supported digital assets, including TVYN and SUI.
Swap quotes, routing logic, and liquidity access may be provided by third-party infrastructure such as the Cetus aggregator, decentralized liquidity pools, RPC providers, and other network services outside TimeVyn's control.
You must review the route, amount, and slippage setting before signing. Price impact, slippage, stale quotes, failed execution, partial route changes, gas volatility, network congestion, and third-party service outages may occur.
Each swap is executed only after you sign the transaction with your wallet. Once submitted to the blockchain, transactions are generally irreversible and may not be canceled, recovered, or refunded by TimeVyn.
TimeVyn does not guarantee the best price, route availability, quote accuracy, execution success, or uninterrupted access to any routing or liquidity provider. Nothing in the swap interface constitutes investment, brokerage, legal, or tax advice.
When TimeVyn offers card payment flows, payment processing is handled by Stripe. TimeVyn does not receive or store your full payment card number.
QuickFuel is a convenience service operated by TimeVyn AS (Norwegian org. no. listed in the site footer) that allows users to obtain a small, fixed amount of SUI solely to cover on-chain transaction fees required for sharing on the TimeVyn platform. QuickFuel is not an exchange, brokerage, trading venue, or investment service.
Each connected wallet address is limited to one QuickFuel purchase per calendar day. The fixed package price (currently 2.49 USD) includes the SUI delivered, Stripe card-processing fees, applicable Norwegian taxes, and network gas costs. TimeVyn AS reserves the right to adjust the package price, SUI amount, or daily limit at any time without prior notice.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. TimeVyn AS does not receive or store your full payment card number. By completing a QuickFuel purchase you authorize TimeVyn AS to charge the displayed amount and to transfer the corresponding SUI to the wallet address shown on the checkout screen.
If the SUI transfer cannot be completed after payment is confirmed, TimeVyn AS will automatically refund the charged amount to the original payment method. Once SUI has been successfully delivered to your wallet and confirmed on the Sui blockchain, the transaction is irreversible and no refund will be issued.
TimeVyn AS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of QuickFuel, specific delivery times, or protection against SUI price fluctuations between purchase and delivery. The service may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
QuickFuel does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to acquire digital assets, or an offer of securities. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you in connection with acquiring and holding SUI.
TVYN is a utility token whose market value is determined in open markets and may be volatile. Protocol liquidity mechanisms are designed for ecosystem functionality and do not guarantee token price stability.
Mint fees within the TimeVyn protocol are referenced to fixed USD values ($0.25 for Today mints and $1.00 for Nostalgia mints) and are dynamically converted to SUI at the time of minting based on prevailing exchange rates.
Market fluctuations in SUI or TVYN do not alter these USD-referenced protocol fees.
Protocol fees, discounts, or pricing parameters may be adjusted over time through protocol governance or updates and are not guaranteed to remain constant indefinitely.
TimeVyn may introduce new features, modify existing functionality, and update these Terms over time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
TimeVyn is not responsible for failures stemming from external systems (IPFS/storage providers, Sui Blockchain, oracles, wallets).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeVyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from irreversible blockchain transactions or user error.
TimeVyn may restrict or suspend interface access for rule violations, illegal content, fraud, spam, sanctions screening outcomes, suspicious activity, or where required by law, regulation, court order, or compliance obligations. No refunds will be issued for protocol fees or completed on-chain actions upon termination.
Termination affects interface access and may limit off-chain features. It does not delete immutable on-chain records. TimeVyn may also block or restrict use in jurisdictions, regions, or circumstances where sanctions, AML, counter-terrorist financing, export control, or similar legal requirements apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, excluding conflict-of-law principles where legally permitted. The courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or forum protections that apply under applicable law.
By using TimeVyn, you acknowledge that blockchain actions can be irreversible and you act at your own risk. TimeVyn is a protocol interface, not a custodian. You retain full responsibility for your actions and decisions within the protocol.
